Our house is pet friendly and is being offered unfurnished for occupancy on or after May 1, 2007. SORRY— THE HOUSE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Rent is $1600 per month, which includes water, trash/recycling and sewer. Other utilities (gas, electric and cable TV/broadband Internet) and yard care are the responsibility of the tenant.

Our lease terms are flexible, but we do require a security deposit of one month's rent and a credit check/references. We require that our tenants be either nonsmokers or smoke outdoors only.
